One of the things that I see marketers struggling with is creating a relationship with their subscribers.
How many times have you gotten an email from someone who you have no idea who the heck they are and they are trying to sell you something?
Sometimes that email is spam but other times it’s a legitimate marketer who really has “the right” to send you emails because you opted into their list or you bought something from them.
But the reason why you don’t know who they are is because they didn’t leave a lasting impression with whatever you bought from them initially or whatever gift they gave you from the start.
The sad part is that email sometimes gets marked as spam and that is horrible for that marketer.
